How do you describe your work?

My work is playful, childlike but not childish, recognizable but above all itself. I make paintings and illustrations, but the biggest strength behind it is that I try to convert my subject into different disciplines. I mainly paint but am on a quest to discover material whether that is textiles, ceramics, paint.

What materials / media do you use and why?

Mixed media, with always a link to my love and appreciation for textile etc. wich links to my past with fashion design.

Where do you find most of your inspiration?

My inspiration comes from everywhere, but especially for my fascination for the human being, my peers around me, how things move and the connections that people have with each other, how someone expresses themselves, in fact everything that moves the human being.

Is there someone you look up to?

My mother.

What are your ambitions for the next five years?
